The breakfast was satisfactory & parking was on-site. Enjoyed nice views. Shops and a convenience shop are adjacent to the hotel. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Mama San, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Climate control, a TV set with satellite channels and a study table in the room were nice. Hotel's restaurant was excellent and with amazing food. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition.
It's located on a noisy street.

We loved the location, which was perfect. Choosing for lunch Divine Earth, which is situated 300 metres away was a good idea. We would definitely recommend it to those visiting Seminyak...
